Ferland, I would love to see him, but I think the cost of acquisition would price the Flames out, if Ferland had a good contract in place he would be worth the 1st, but he doesn't and a 1st for a rental is ridiculous.
Simmonds, at the right price would be better.
I think the appeal of a player like Boyle is that he could be acquired at a fair price, and has play off experience, something the Flames team has very little of.

I think Maroon brings much more physicality than Boyle does.
