Hamiltoe just doesn't seems to have that extra drive to win. He is a clock puncher. He has some elite skills, so he will always be a decent contributor, but I personally don't believe he will ever be the type of player that is a leader on the team.
Hanifin might not have all the same skill level (although he could get there), but he leaves it all out on the ice every shift.
