Thank you for this! I double checked mine, and they had shorted me by ~$300!
I contacted my ticket rep, who is only so-so about getting back to me, so we'll see what they say. I think at this point given their lack of competent accounting I'd like a check for the difference sent to me vs leaving it on account for next year...
