I can buy people wanting to work with Connor McDavid. But does anyone really care about the building?

Does it matter for people in real life? Like do you care if your office is brand new or if your office is 20 years old? Does it matter that you work in one of the older skyscrapers in west downtown compared to the Bow building or Brookefield?

Have people made work decisions in their lives based purely on the age of the building?
