I agree with a lot of your points except for the definitive 5 groups.
I think it's more gray than black and white than that.
Points I agree with:
1) Good looking people get away with more things than those who aren't.
2) There is a BIG difference between rape/molestation and romantic advances, which may be deemed unwanted or "creepy".
