I think Rittich is worth more to the Flamesright now than he would return on the open market. Guy is still an unknown league wide but probably has proven a lot within the organization. For what what you would get for him we are better off holding on to him and having an actual top tier tandem. Gillies and Parsons need more polishing before they are ready for the big show.
