No. The Leafs have been bad for a long time before last year. They had a shot in the arm when they drafted Matthews, but they made the playoffs once in 11 years before last season, and that was the lockout shortened season.
You know, you make some good points now and then, but when you just make #### up to fit your narrative, I completely discount everything else you say. If you want to be taken seriously, you have to stop doing that.
