If he actually attacks the mother of Heather Heyer, I'd like to think that would finally be the one thing that spells the end of Trump's presidency. But once again, unless the GOP suddenly grows a spine, I doubt it. Even the fact that he's a neo-Nazi sympathizer hasn't really diminished his support among the majority of the GOP and his racist deplorable base. Sure, a small handful of GOP senators condemned his remarks, and good on them for doing so. But will they actually grow a pair and do something about it? Probably not. At this point, Trump would literally have to walk onto the senate floor and kill a baby in front of everyone, and then
maybe they'd consider possible impeachment, or at least start having a conversation about it. And that's a big maybe.
