Anyways I guess I won't be making some judgement until the middle of the season. I am not complaining on what we gave up, just want to see the young guys given a chance. Keenan Kanzig I like but there are a lot of young defensemen in the system that passed him on a depth chart. Good luck to him and I hope Hurricanes gives a chance to make the team this season.

Wotherspoon isn't an NHL player
Kulak has had many chances but has been too inconsistent to hang onto a spot. He, unlike Spoon, has big league skill but just needs to be a more reliable defenseman. He'll get the opportunity, I'm sure.
