No one disagrees. But then again, no one should really expect that VGK will not pick the player whom the Flames most want to keep without some added incentive.

Which is why it doesn't make a lot of sense to complain about it, especially considering that Kulak is the type of player that is much more easily replaced than a young top-four defenseman or top-six forward that a number of other teams find themselves in danger of losing.
