Losing his job would be overboard but when you act unprofessionally expect consequences. Hopefully "Mr Flame" issues an apology and the Flames accept and move on, also hope he remains hidden, no need for a witch hunt.

Fair, but again, it was a mistake only cause he got caught on film, and we would have no idea about it if it wasn't recorded which it wasn't suppose to be. He's obviously upset about the result and was reacting as a passionate fan in the heat of the moment. He reacted just like anyone would around their friends or colleagues in that kind of environment. It wasn't suppose to be out in the public.
Hopefully he can keep his job because Hamilton is gonna be able to live and continue one with his life. And assuming his job doesn't involve him interacting with the players, there's no harm done.
