It's a fair question for sure, this not too long ago article shows the top 25 rookie scorers for the Flames:
Pointwise he'll finish maybe in 8th alone with 56 points but when you start to consider some of the other stats and what he's accomplished to go along with the fact that he's 18 and one of the youngest Flames rookies then I think it puts him up there with the Suter's (sorry Bingo
) Iginla's, Fleury's, Gaudreau's.
I think he has a case for top 5 all time Flames rookies IMHO
