Well no... not living there I haven't seen any of those signs. But I do know that the Calgary economy is booming right now, but I bet it is not booming so much that those signs say:

Now Hiring: 14 year old, crack-addicted, school dropout runaways - Top dollar paid...

Just a guess...

Booming economy or not, some people are getting left behind.
