Induction is good Photon, just that gas has a artisian quality aka snob factor to it. Like people who buy refurb 50's appliances. If I was in a condo I would get induction.
Honestly some of the best cooking I have ever done is Sous Vide and on my Green Egg. My wife uses the stove way more as I never seem to like making pasta. I cook lots but rarely on my gas stove anyway.
