There's more than enough blame to go around but I don't buy the it's not the coach's fault line. Good managers in any industry get results. They work with what they have and build teams. Maybe it is mostly the players but a manager's job is to help make his team effective, something that's not happening right now.

I'm not on the fire the coach bandwagon yet but it's absolutely fair game to criticize him and the rest of the staff.
