Yeah, just no motor on him. Trying to save his efforts and conserve energy all the time it seems, be efficient with it, rather than forecheck with any tenacity.
I don't know if it's a back thing or a motivation/mindset thing. But if he's able to do it, he needs to be moving his feet all shift. Enough gliding and floating. If he were making his chances count, then maybe he could get away with it. But when he's not contributing at all really, he's gotta be doing something more to compensate for it.
