at my party last year, one girl wore brown pants and a brown shirt. then she attached a bunch of stuff, like little toy cars, animals, houses, etc. to herself with string. when people asked her what she was, she would spin around and say "I'm hurricane Katrina!"
not sure if that's in good taste.
