Nope, not exactly. The big buzz over there is Imperial Oil, and based on actual news too, not just 'imagination'.

I've read nearly every post on there re: Calgary development for several years, and I've never heard anything about another Shell tower.
Besides, the poster there who does all the composite renderings, CtrlAltDel (who did most of the ones on the front page), has come up with another much newer one...
... and all these added renderings are the real deal. Looks cool, eh?
