If your truck stays on asphalt all the time then any dedicated winter tire is a good choice. I have Blizzak's on my Ford in the winter and they're great on the snow and ice.
Bridgestone Blizzak, General Altima Arctic, and Goodyear UltraGrip Ice are 3 common ones that I've used that I would definitely buy again

If you aren't always on the roads then I'd say look for a winter rated all terrain tire. Like a Goodyear Duratrac. Not as good on the ice and snow, but mix slush and mud in their and you're good to go. Ive used BFGoodrich all terrain K02's for years and will likely get a set on the Dodge soon. They're a little softer than the Duratrac, so better in the snow but they wear a lot faster. Another benefit of a winter rated AT is you could use them all year round and not change them over in the fall and spring. But again, not as good on snow and ice as an actual winter tire
