All of the above is correct.
Also from the article: after the development camp the Flames gave him a printout of his strengths (in his case: legs and balance) and things to work on (arm strength).
Also of note was that while here in Calgary he was met by Flames reps, in Chicago he had to figure logistics on his own with taxis etc.
