This PPA fiasco is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the far-reaching implications of a carbon tax. hold onto your hats boys, it's going to be a rough ride, and for far longer than the mandate of the last election. It'll hurt all Albertans, but none so much as the minimum wage earners, elderly and fixed income Albertans. How they can claim to be sticking up for Albertans in any regard, really is beyond me.
