Colborne is a $2M a year player. Now they just have to nail him down to term. I'll say 3 years at $2M. If he wants more give him 1 year at $2M to see of he can repeat and earn a position higher up the lineup.

Except it's an oversimplification. These days teams regurarly have guys on ELC's on the top 6, often a couple in the top 9. This season we've had Bennett, next season I'm guessing we'll have Bennett and someone else. That leaves a bit of extra to spread around the roster.
