Future considerations seems to have the best top 12 from what I've seen compared with Mckeens and iss. Would be interested in your top 10 as per your handle, you seem to be on top of things

Well it sounds like he has a touch more jam to his game than his father. Scouting reports say he fights through checking along the boards. It appears he will end up bigger than his brother as well, he's taller than William. If the Flames think he's soft then I doubt they'd have him super high, I know Redline Report has him 10th right now.
It's hard to differentiate guys I haven't seen or haven't seen much of but I'll do my best. I do read up on them as much as possible and watch highlights.
1. Matthews (C)
2. Laine (W)
3. Puljujarvi (RW)
Top 3 are easy, you'd be ecstatic with any of them. I find it really hard to break down that next cluster. The guys I like best are Tkachuk, Dubois, Chychrun and Juolevi. They are close enough I think teams could choose positionally or based on style of play. Tkachuk and Dubois are big, strong skilled forwards, either would fit the Flames needs although ideally they'd be right shots instead. Chychrun and Juolevi are projected as top 3 dmen if not top pairing guys and would give us an elite top four defense. I think they are close enough you could make arguments for them being in any order. Nylander I think is in this grouping but I have him lowest.
4. Tkachuk (LW)
5. Chychrun (D)
6. Dubois (C/LW)
7. Juolevi (D)
8. Nylander (W)
Then you'd have guys like Sergachev (D), Bean (D), Gauthier (RW), McLeod (C), Fabbro (D), Jost (RW), Keller (C) and Jones (LW). My favourites would be Sergachev, Jones and Gauthier based on need.
9. Gauthier (RW)
10. Sergachev (D)
11. Jones (LW)
