I've checked other lizard forums and there was relatively little data. I was hoping there would be some kinda Lizard Guy on CP. I mean, we have a guy for puppets, how can we not have a lizard guy. Am I gonna be the Lizard Guy?
Anyways, it does seem to be exceedingly rare. There are 77 different species of Armadillo lizard, and the Girdled lizard is the most sought after, and hardest to acquire. I think I might have to set my sights on a different reptilian best friend.
I'd prefer to not get a bearded dragon, considering how white bread they are. An old friend of mine had a few lizards growing up. A bearded dragon was one of them, and he didn't like it. He said it had very little personality and generally disliked people anywhere near his tank. He had another iguanoid that I can't remember that loved to crawl on people and eat fruit and bugs out of their hands. I'm kind of turned off of bearded dragons.
