Sucks that both Wotherspoon and Nakladal will soon be pushed out of the lineup cuz Hartley will want to play Engelland and Wideman.  |
I'm guessing it has to do with protecting Wotherspoons minutes. For the first time, he looks solid at the NHL level. Let's not push him too quickly in a meaningless season just because we are lacking a true #4, let Engelland eat those minutes, we aren't concerned with his development and he's not too fragile so he can take it.
