Let me give you a quick tutorial on how receivables work. After 90 days, if you have not made a payment most lenders assume you have no intention of paying back your loan, because, well, most people don't. Student loans are even more generous, in that you can stop payment simply by contact the lender and giving them a sob story. So there's really no reason for someone to default on a student loan just because they can't pay.
|
Thanks for the lesson. How much do you want to charge me now.

They would? You have proof of that?

Common sense Einstien, lower payments mean people have an easier time making the payment.

Do you understand what a LOAN is? It is when SOMEONE GIVES YOU MONEY AND THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK. Is your brain so addled that you don't even understand this basic concept?
|
Again, you must be a few clowns short of a circus, where did I say they shouldn't pay it back?????????????????????????????????????????????? Oh, ya...thats right I didn't.
It's ok, smash your keyboard, I can just see the fit of rage your in now.

Did you not read the part where I amortized my loan so that I had FIFTEEN years to pay back my loan? The ONLY loan you can amortize longer than a student loan is a secured loan, backed by a massive asset, such as a house. What the hell is a student loan secured with? The student's word? Your word?
|
Not sure if you know this, but.....the government can make any kind of loan repayment option they want. Last time I looked I didn't see repayment terms in the constitution. If they want to let people take 50 years to pay it off they can. Can you understand that????

Of course it's fair. What makes it not fair? And who even cares if it's not fair? You? Who the hell are you anyways?

Who the hell are you???? Listen to yourself...Do you need help?

Aw shucks. But then you go on to say that even "highschool (sic)" students make $100K. So which is it? Are people making $100K or are they making $20K? Or do you have zero idea what you're talking about?
|
Usually the people that have gone to school for 4 years aren't the people that will be running tongs on an oil rig. So it's both ######.

If someone pays tax, MONEY IS ALWAYS RETURNED when redeeming tax credits. That's how tax credits work, dummy.

Wow, we agree on something. But what your not getting is, what are the point in tax credits if you dont' make enough to redeem them. Ahhhh. Now you got it. Don't smash the monitor now.

I suggest you learn what "Next Best Alternative" means, and that when the economy goes into the crapper again, those high school (high school being two words, dummy) students will be lucky to be working at Zellers stocking shelves.
|
Here's the thing guy, people are going to need a lot of oil and gas for a long time, there is no slowing down anytime soon. You don't need to work very long making $100,000 to save up for a slowdown in the economy. If they saved their money right, they will be YOUR boss. Having worked on an oil rig, I have seen a lot of people work hard for about two years, save it, then go buy a business and they are set for life. Not even a high school diploma.
