Hamilton, is a top pairing D-man now on most teams, with even more potential to get better over the next 2-3 years, for a former first rounder that has had trouble cracking an NHL lineup after a few years trying (even a deep one), is ludicrous.

Not to mention, Stamkos is a rental that most likely (IMO) will leave in the off season. Would be an absolute terrible trade.
For Drouin I don't see the Flames having the pieces available that would be required to complete this trade.
i.e. Brodie, Bennett etc are core pieces that the GM won't move.
