Do you consider Frolik a 4th liner? Didn't think so.
But after his first 10 games where he got 16-18 minutes / game he is basically getting Byron's ice time this year.

Except Byron gets 12 or less with the Habs (when he makes it onto the bench). And except Byron was getting literally zero minutes in Calgary, so he was less than a fourth liner on the Flames.
