He actually was good enough to make the Flames, they just thought he would slip through waivers. Anyone that thinks Mason Raymond or Brandon Bollig did more to earn a spot on the team are as delusional as Bob Hartley.
But fine, give up a guy that was gonna pot 30 points playing on the 4th line. A guy that goes out and brings so much energy that it shifts momentum to his team. Not to mention his role as a good PKer.
We sure made the right decision.
