I believe the soft goal to start the 2nd period was probably the nail in the coffin in Hartley's eyes given the soft goal on Friday that led to a crushing loss to the Jets. Totally deflated the team and while an NHL team should be able to overcome a bad goal in the first half of a game this is at present time a fragile group that simply can't be giving up easy goals to anyone. Time to move on hopefully to better things with Ortio getting some starts.
