Then, in the Manage Roster screen you should be able to send down/recall players from the AHL/CHL. Of course, as soon as you send down a Junior eligible player they will stay in the CHL for the year.
In the first year I played Bennett on my third line, and by the end of the year he was an 83 (from growth and positive moral) and playing on my second line.
