THere's enough red on the inside where it counts, no need to stereotypically paint what should be nothing less than a landmark masterpiece in Canadian sports infrastructure with team colors. Well I would assume that is the plan. It's not like they are are going to start construction on an arena, a stadium, and then 25 other buildings all at once.
Also you are going way overboard about the red. We are going to be getting a world class facility to go watch the Flames in and you're upset that it has a strip of red on it? That is is no way even close to being comparable to an arena shaped like a cowboy hat haha
