We are 1 car household! And it's paid off to boot!

But I'm also a cheapskate and a snob when it comes to apt style condos. I wanted a low mortgage, and I refuse to share hallways/common entrance with my neighbors. Double for living above/below another unit.

So basically I want champagne on a beer budget.
