There are about 8 new schools being built in the deep SE over the next 3 years. A few of them open next year. Desperately needed.
I think the thing to remember about the dump is that the technology has improved greatly over the last 20 years. I'm no expert, but I barely even notice a smell when I actually go to the dump. I remember going as a kid and the place was disgusting.
