Not to be overly technical, but it was a sealing order affecting the affidavit police relied upon to get their initial search warrant that expired. There is still a publication ban in place on the evidence that was heard at the preliminary inquiry that resulted in the three first degree murder charges. That's where you would have heard evidence found following the initial search and subsequently in the investigation.
