Sounds like Sharks are happy to extend Bieksa's contract. Good fit for him and family. Sharks and Canucks still working on details of trade.

On the bright side keeping Bieksa long term in the division is a good thing and it probably cements the Sharks in their present state of not quite good enough to make the playoffs.
