Either one of these players is basically a stop gap for a couple years until the Flames can fill those spots with younger players in the 25 year old group. If Sharp can be had for cheap, fine with me.

I think Williams is looking for a 3-5 year deal with 5m. If we can get him to a 3 year x 5, awesome. If not, go for Sharp since we only have to pay him for 2 years.
