However if Brady does appeal it's probably a sign that Kraft worked out a deal with Goodell in that he would back down if the NFL reduced the Brady suspension in an appeal.

Since they have the text messages between McNally and Jastremski- wouldn't they then have any text message that Brady would have presumably sent to either of them?
Since nothing was reported about this you would have to assume Brady never sent any relevant text message to them.
I realize this whole thing is just dragging on, but I can't imagine that Brady would be talking about deflating footballs to anyone other then those 2 people - which makes it all more curious as to why he wouldn't just turn his phone over.
