There's only so long one can watch CG people beating up CG robots that all look the same and are completely incompetent. That final fight was like Dynasty Warriors Marvel edition.
Also one plot point drove me crazy: why would Ultron kidnap and hold Black Widow? His plan is to kill all the Avengers and all of humanity, and when he finally gets a clear crack at one he just... Does nothing. Takes her for no reason what so ever -- she wasn't instrumental to his plan succeeding or something. Then she signals the rest of the team the location of his secret base. Just a shoe horned in plot device. Also, when/how did he become a sweet robot? At first he was crappy spare parts, they blew him up, then like two minutes later he was some awesome robot in that crappy city.

For your last point... The Hydra guys had a robotics program of their own. When ultron's first body was destroyed, he used the internet to travel their and inhabit the robots there.
