Yeah, listen to the guy who says the advice is poor then gives no reasons for his dissent.
I'm not saying you can or should eat it regularly, and only an idiot would take my comment as such. I'm saying if you decide one day "I want a Bacon McDouble today" for example, you can still stay within your daily calorie goal and eat one so long as you stay on top of your calorie intake and your macronutrients for the rest of the day.
