Not picking on you EE but this sentiment has always been weird to me as I'm not sure what relevance it has to today's game. I can understand if the Iginla led Flames were still at the helm but today's team is completely different as there isn't a single player on our roster that was on the 2004, 2006 or 2008 teams. Those teams were all up 2-1 and lost Game 4 instead of taking a stranglehold.... this team went after the Canucks. If anything, this team has shown a tendency to play big when the other team has a significant amount at stake (see the LA, Dallas and Colorado wins in the last 2 weeks of the year).
That said, I expect the Canucks to come out hard. Hopefully the Flames can keep their composure and get in on the forecheck.
