Byfuglien is just lucky his teammates stepped up during his suspension, had they faltered and missed because of him he would have been vilified.
Great leaders also don't pull that stunt he pulled yesterday IMO.

True - they step and answer for the etam (even Phaneuf does this). All that happens when Buf pulls that stunt is that other players have to (a) answer the same questions and (b) comment on Buf.
