I look at that, and for me, he seems to be going up the ice cutting towards his bench, sees Gaustad coming, and decides to give him a bump on the way to the bench. As you do. Whether he hit him in the head or not, or whether it was direct or a glancing blow, I can't tell from that angle. I can say that it doesn't look like he exploded into Gaustad or anything - it's a bump. Of course, if it's a bump to the head, that's enough.

Pretty surprised he didn't at least get a fine for that as a "hey, we noticed, don't do this", even regardless of his history or his... being Alex Burrows.
