Real question is how many 311 app requests do I have to log about the same shoddy light timings before it piques the interest of someone in the roads/signals department?

Semi related note: Pootman's EA mentioned a couple years back they were waiting for new software providers for the C-train at-grade intersections, since the current ones were so terrible. From what I can tell, they remain terrible. Any news on that front?
