Hmm.. Strong disagree with the trade off part. For the last 4 years Glencross has been regarded with having a top 3 best value contract in the league. Lots of players get a NTC or NMC. They don't usually take a 50% pay cut for it though..
For the amount of GM's that are potentially interested in Glencross, there are exponentially more fans of other teams that have wanted him for years.
