1. No one with a full NTC/NMC is obligated to give a list. So I don't know why anyone would assume it is normal to get a player to sign off on a list. Even a GM.
2. Glencross can't be waived he has a NMC.
3. For now it sounds like it is the team that is asking for the list not Glencross.
