As it is a rental player situation, who is willing to give up a beneficial roster piece to add Curtis?
I say we don't trade him, we need him for the playoffs. He can use the playoffs to up his value, and if he walks, he walks. At least we go into the playoffs with all of our weapons.

I kind of agree with this. I don't want to sacrifice the future at all for this particular season. No trading any prospects or picks for help now but an UFA in Glencross for something that can help us now is trade I would consider. IE maybe trading him for another top 6 Dman who can help us now and maybe next year.
Is that possible for just Glencross? I don't know, but if it is possible, the Flames should do it. We have more depth at forward, so why not try to get more depth on the backend?
