Aside from the fact that you're trying to pass off your opinion as fact, it also must be considered that trading Glencross right now could send the wrong message to the team. This is something that could haunt the Flames for years into the future.
Also, it's kind of ridiculous to expect that getting a 1st for Glencross is within the realm of possibility, "considering the point production and games healthy".
He's not going to waive his NMC (in my opinion) and it's well within his rights to do so.
