Well, its still only the middle of October, still about 3 months until the Oscars are handed out but is Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 and Mel Gibson's Passion of the Christ the two heavyweights for best picture so far this year?
I don't think either one should get it, or be nominated either. I think both are interesting films but are not the best films of 2004, and won't be once more contenders come out in the usualy November-December dash. Right now I would give that title to Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind.
So go on, where Fahrenheit 9/11 or The Passion the best movies from 2004 thus far? Or what would you pick?
