Also, how much of a ridiculous message is it to hire an interim coach that you're going to train on-the-job? Ridiculous. It's simply an overt demonstration that you're once again hiring someone who is not qualified.

When no proven coaches want to step in, the mentor (MacT) carries the same garbage values that perpetuate this low level of play, the GM gets backed by the POHO, and the players still realize they won't be held accountable, what do you think is going to happen.
